Pecan Catfish Recipe
Catfish is pretty popular and this can be made with fresh or strore-bought fillets. SUPER easy.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 4 Catfish fillets
  • 1 cup ground pecans

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together milk and mustard.
  2. Dip fillets into the mustard mixture.
  3. Then, dip into ground pecans, shaking off the excess.
  4. Place onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Oven "fry" at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until catfish flakes easily.
