Ingredients

2 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons dijon mustard

4 Catfish fillets

1 cup ground pecans

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together milk and mustard.

Dip fillets into the mustard mixture.

Then, dip into ground pecans, shaking off the excess.

Place onto a greased baking sheet.

Oven "fry" at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until catfish flakes easily.
