Ham And Potatoes

I'm giving this recipe from memory and it has been years since I have made it -- I may have to come back and update it. But it is one of the best simple recipes to put into the crock pot and come home to after a long day at work!
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen shredded potatoes shopping list
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 1 small onion, small dice shopping list
- 1 lb ham, cubed shopping list
- seasonings to taste: garlic, pepper, tabasco, etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the ingredients with 2 soup cans of water and put it into the crock pot and go.
