Catfish Fritters

- 2 cups cooked catfish shopping list
- 1 cup cold mash potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced onion shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil -- for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, except the oil; mix well. Shape into patties, dredge in flour. Fry fish cakes in hot oil about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once; drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce.
