How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small sauce pan, combine 1/3 cup of water, 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup & 12 oz of Apricot Preserve. Simmer the mixture on low until preserve is smooth and even throughout. Arrange pork chops in a small (9x9 or similar size) glass baking pan. Pour the onion apricot mixture over the chops and bake @ 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chop cut.
