Poached Chicken

- 1 large can (49-1/2oz) chicken broth, or 4 cups water shopping list
- 2 skinless & boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- salt/pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot, with the chicken broth & breast, season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
- Poach for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken and set aside until cool enough to handle.
- Reserve broth if making chicken & noodles or anything you need the broth for.
