How to make it

  • In a large pot, with the chicken broth & breast, season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
  • Poach for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken and set aside until cool enough to handle.
  • Reserve broth if making chicken & noodles or anything you need the broth for.
