Ingredients
  • 1 large can (49-1/2oz) Chicken Broth, or 4 cups water
  • 2 skinless & boneless chicken breasts
  • salt/pepper

Directions
  1. In a large pot, with the chicken broth & breast, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
  3. Poach for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside until cool enough to handle.
  5. Reserve broth if making chicken & noodles or anything you need the broth for.
