Meatloaf

To make this healthy use ground turkey instead of beef.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of ground beef or turkey shopping list
- 1/2 onion shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup oatmeal ( quick cooking ) shopping list
- 2 cups ketchup put 1 cup aside to mix with brown sugar for the top of meatloaf shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 packet of meatloaf seasoning shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingrediants except for 1 cup ketchup mix together with your hands until well combined .
- place in meatloagf pan and mix together the cup of ketchup and brown sugar pour over the top of meatloaf and bake until done ,around 350 degrees for 1hr 15 minutes
