How to make it

  • In a large nonstick skillet saute the onion, zucchini and oregano in butter or margarine until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Add the green beans and mix in.
  • Lay the fish fllets over the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Turn fish and sprinkle again with salt and pepper, cover and continue to simmer 7-8 minutes unil fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
