Egg In Tartlet - Italian Salad

a delicious salad , full of nutritions . everyone should try it once :3
Ingredients
- 10 pcs tartlets shopping list
- 10 poached eggs shopping list
- 5.5dl mayonnaise shopping list
- 50g salami - julienne shopping list
- 20g roast beef - julienne shopping list
- 30 g chicken - julienne shopping list
- 50g apples - jullienne shopping list
- 40g gherkins - julienne shopping list
- 40g onions - chopped shopping list
- 10g caper shopping list
- 15g olives - stuffed and sliced shopping list
- 3g mustard shopping list
- 100g lettuce leaves shopping list
- 100g tomatoes shopping list
- 2g paprika shopping list
How to make it
- mix the julienned ingredients with mayonnaise ,season with salt,pepper also mustard .
- place about 40-50gr Italian Salad in each tartlet.
- top with 1 poached egg on the tartlet.
- mask with mayonnaise each egg.
- garnish with lettuce leaves , tommatoes ( section , 2pcs for each tartlet.)
- Sprinkle w/ paprika .
- Enjoy !
