How to make it

  • mix the julienned ingredients with mayonnaise ,season with salt,pepper also mustard .
  • place about 40-50gr Italian Salad in each tartlet.
  • top with 1 poached egg on the tartlet.
  • mask with mayonnaise each egg.
  • garnish with lettuce leaves , tommatoes ( section , 2pcs for each tartlet.)
  • Sprinkle w/ paprika .
  • Enjoy !
