How to make it

  • Line 2 sheets with foil and grease..
  • Combine meat, eggs breadcrumbs, hoisin sauce and ginger. Shape into walnut size balls, making approx 60 balls. Bake at 375 for approx 25 minutes , turning at half time. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in pot and heat till well blended. Add meatballs , stir and serve.
  • I cut this recipe in half as there is just two of us.
  • TIP:
  • I freeze my fresh ginger and take it out 5 minutes before grating. I always have fresh ginger and it never spoils.
