How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate and half the butter in a Bon Marie
  • In a sauce pan melt the remaining with the agave nectar.
  • Add all ingredients except the chocolate and coconut to the butter and agave syrup.
  • Roll saucepan mix into balls
  • Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and roll in coconut
  • Chill for 2-4 hrs
