How to make it

  • For Crust:
  • Add all ingredients and mix untill well blended. Pour and press into prepared greased springform pan. Freeze prepared crust for at least 30 minutes.
  • For Filling:
  • In large mixing bowl, cream creamcheese, sugar and sourcream.
  • Add eggs one at a time. Add in the dissolve coffe powder to the creamcheese mixture. Add flour and beat another 3 - 4 minutes with electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared crust, and bake in pre-heated over (350 Degrees) for 40-45 minutes or until slightly brown and jiggly in the centre. Let it completely cool on a rack before putting the topping.
  • For Topping:
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream and vanilla instant pudding powder until thick , spread to the cold cheesecake.
