Capuccino Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c. melted butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 pkg (8 oz. each) creamcheese shopping list
- 1 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder shopping list
- 1/4 c. hot water (to dissolve coffe powder) shopping list
- 5 tbsp. all-purpose flour shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 500 ml. whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 c. vanilla instant pudding powder shopping list
How to make it
- For Crust:
- Add all ingredients and mix untill well blended. Pour and press into prepared greased springform pan. Freeze prepared crust for at least 30 minutes.
- For Filling:
- In large mixing bowl, cream creamcheese, sugar and sourcream.
- Add eggs one at a time. Add in the dissolve coffe powder to the creamcheese mixture. Add flour and beat another 3 - 4 minutes with electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared crust, and bake in pre-heated over (350 Degrees) for 40-45 minutes or until slightly brown and jiggly in the centre. Let it completely cool on a rack before putting the topping.
- For Topping:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream and vanilla instant pudding powder until thick , spread to the cold cheesecake.
