How to make it

  • Salmon rolls
  • Soak the cous cous as directed on packet.
  • Chop onions, garlic,peppers, walnuts and ginger finely.
  • Mix chopped vegetables and walnuts into cous cous.
  • Place a spoonful of mix into each of the salmon strips.
  • Roll the salmon up and keep in place with a cocktail stick
  • Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Dip
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined
