Mexican Casserole

- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 lg onion, chopped shopping list
- 15 oz can enchilada sauce shopping list
- 2- 4 oz cans diced green chilies shopping list
- 2- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1/2 soup can water shopping list
- 10 flour tortillas shopping list
- 12 oz grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat and onions, drain well. Add enchilada sauce and simmer 20 minutes. In a separate pan heat peppers and soups. Grease baking dish and line with 1/2 tortillas. Add in layers, meat, soup and water mixed with cheese. Start over with tortillas and end up with cheese. Cover and allow to set for 20 minutes. Bake, uncovered 45 minutes at 350.
