How to make it

  • Base
  • Put biscuits into food processor
  • Put crushed biscuits, almonds and butter into a microwaveable bowl and heat for 30 seconds.
  • Mix and press into lined cake tin.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours
  • Cheese cake.
  • Put the marscapone, creme frais, Philadelphia, orange juice, passion fruit into a bowl and whisk for 5 minutes
  • Melt the chocolate and whisk into mix
  • Melt the jelly in the water.
  • Add jelly quickly to mix before it sets along with the blended ginger.
  • Stir and put on top of base.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours
