Chocolate, Ginger, Orange And Passion Fruit Cheese Cake.

- 8 squares of orange jelly shopping list
- 100 ml of boiling water shopping list
- 250 g of marscapone shopping list
- 100g creme frais shopping list
- 100 ml orange juice shopping list
- 100 g of low fat Philadelphia shopping list
- 4 passion fruits shopping list
- 1 chunk of ginger peeled and blended with a tbsp of water shopping list
- 8 ginger nut biscuits shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of butter shopping list
- 10 squares of dark chocolate shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of ground almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Base
- Put biscuits into food processor
- Put crushed biscuits, almonds and butter into a microwaveable bowl and heat for 30 seconds.
- Mix and press into lined cake tin.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Cheese cake.
- Put the marscapone, creme frais, Philadelphia, orange juice, passion fruit into a bowl and whisk for 5 minutes
- Melt the chocolate and whisk into mix
- Melt the jelly in the water.
- Add jelly quickly to mix before it sets along with the blended ginger.
- Stir and put on top of base.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
