Masala Mashed Potatoes

These are yummy and are a low fat recipe
Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint and coriander mixed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black crushed peppercorns shopping list
- 1 fresh red chilli chopped shopping list
- 1 fresh green chilli chopped shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter or to keep it low fat you can use low fat margarine shopping list
- You can substitute assorted bell peppers for the chillis shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Put the mashed potatoes and all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well together and then serve
