How to make it

  • Layer berries any way you want in a glass (I spread everything out evenly between 10 separate glasses).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together crème fraiche and sugar. Scrape vanilla beans out of the pod with a knife, and add to the bowl. Whisk in a bit of almond milk at a time, until you get a consistency you like. You may not want to use the entire half cup of almond milk if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  • Garnish with freshly shaved dark chocolate.
