Lita's Rotel® Dip

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb pork sausage shopping list
- 1 12oz can black olives shopping list
- 1 12oz can mushroom stems and pieces shopping list
- 2 packages of dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 3 lb Velvetta® cheese (or generic) shopping list
- 1 lb bulk pepper jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown and mix ground beef and sausage. Drain.
- Mix in olives, mushrooms, and onion soup mix. Simmer.
- chop cheeses into squares and melt into mixture.
- Excellent as just a dip with chips or as a main course with flour flaps or as a topping for taco's.
