How to make it

  • Combine the mushrooms with the cooked,drained ,cut artichokes.
  • In a seperate bowl,mix water,vinegar,oil,garlic and seasonings. Pour over mushrooms and artichokes and toss lightly. Cover mixture and refrigerate to marinate(at least 24 hours). At serving time,place mixture on bed of lettuce. Add cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • My pic. is the original recipe which was tomatoes,mushrooms and greens. ! added the artichokes later on.
