Raspberry-pecan Pinwheels

- 2 TB sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 refrigerated rolled pie crusts shopping list
- 1/2 c raspberry jam(or one of your choice) shopping list
- 1/2 c pecans,finely chopped. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400'. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle clean work surface with 1 TB sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.Unroll 1 pie crust,place on cinnamon-sugar mixture and press gently to help mixture adhere to crust.
- Spread 1/2 jam evenly over crust and sprinkle half the pecans over the top.
- Starting at one end,tightly roll dough into a log. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Trim ends of each log,then cut into 1" thick slices and stand on edge(sugared dough-side up and down) on baking sheet,spacing about 2" apart.
- Bake till golden brown,20-25 mins. Transfer to baking rack to cool.
