Stuffed Pumpkin

                    - 1 Round pumpkin shopping list
- 2 Tins asparagus shopping list
- 1 Tin sweetcorn shopping list
- 2 Cups Grated cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to season shopping list
- leftover Vegies (if available) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Wash the Pumpkin, and slice off a lid.
- Scoop out the seeds, replace the lid, and spray or rub with oil. Place on a baking tray and cook until tender, but not soft (about half an hour) at 180 degrees.
- Cook slightly, then scoop out some of the cooked pulp.
- Drain Asparagus and Corn and mix with the pulp and two cups of grated Cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- You can then add leftover Vegies if you have some in the fridge. Fill the pumpkin with the mixture, replace the lid and back at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
