Asian Braised Pork

- 1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1" piece fresh ginger,thinly sliced shopping list
- 2-1/2 lbs boneless pork shoulder,trimmed and cut in 2" pieces shopping list
How to make it
- In 5 to 6 Qt. slow cooker,combine soy sauce,allspice,red pepper,1/4 c brown sugar and sliced ginger. Add pork and toss to coat. Cover and cook until meat is tender,on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
