How to make it

  • In 5 to 6 Qt. slow cooker,combine soy sauce,allspice,red pepper,1/4 c brown sugar and sliced ginger. Add pork and toss to coat. Cover and cook until meat is tender,on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
