How to make it

  • 1. Heat oven to 225 degrees f.
  • 2. beat the egg whites and cream of tartar in bowl with mixer on high speed for 5 minutes or until soft peaks form and add the sugar 1 tablespoon at a time beating until stiff peaks form
  • 3. Spread into a 10 inch circle on parchment covered baking sheet indenting the centre slightly and then bake for 1 1/2 hours cool.
  • 4. Meanwhile beat the pudding mix and milk in bowl and whisk for 2 minutes stir in the cool whip and refrigerate for 15 minutes place the meringue on a plate and fill the centre with pudding mixture top with fruit.
