Jerk Seasoning (for Pork, Beef Or Chicken)

- 18 whole peppercorns shopping list
- 5 whole allspice seeds or if not available use 1tsp allspice shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, finely minced shopping list
- 1 cup green onions , finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsps fresh thyme leaves chopped shopping list
- 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper or other hot pepper,finely minced..watch the eyes...make sure to wash your hands or wear rubber gloves. shopping list
- 2 tsp worchestershitre sauce shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Store in fridge till using.
- When you're ready to cook, rub the mixture into meat and allow to marinate in fridge for 1 - 3 hours.
- Broil or grill basting with the juices.
