How to make it

  • Saute peppers and onions until onions are translucent, set aside
  • pan fry chicken with a little soy sauce for moisture
  • Add pepper/onions to the chicken, add the rest of the ingredients and enough soy sauce to have some juice in the pan
  • Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes
  • Serve over rice and top with rice noodles.
  • Enjoy! :)
