How to make it

  • n a large bowl beat egg yolks and stir in milk and vanilla. Fold in cookies and whipped cream.
  • Pour mixture into a 9 x 5 loaf pan lined with foil. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Scoop out or slice...may have to let soften a little when taking out after all night in freezer.
