This is a dish I call my imitation Hamburger Helper. It is easy and tastes good. I put 4 servings but the 3 of us finish it off in one meal. I got the recipe from another group. You can add more pepper and onion and spices to make it spicier if you w... More

Ingredients
  • 1 # lean ground beef
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 3- 8 0z cans tomato sauce
  • cooked noodles or macaroni

Directions
  1. Brown the ground beef.
  2. Add the peppers and onion and let them soften a bit.
  3. Add the tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer while cooking the noodles and add those at the end.
  5. This the way we like it but there are so many things you can
  6. do with this dish.
