How to make it

  • *The above recipe is a basic and to that I added asparagus, cilantro and 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seed.
  • Spray a pie plate with pam . Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Mix the bisquick, (will post bisquick substitute recipe)milk, hemp seed,cayenne, salt and pepper and eggs. Blend well and pour over the veggies and cheese.
  • I laid asparagus on top in a spoke design.
  • Cook 35 - 45 mins till brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
