Caramel-pecan Ice Cream Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. In a large bowl combine the milk, caramel topping, vanilla and dash of salt and whisk to blend and place in ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions.
  • 2. When the ice cream is nearly done then add the pecans to the ice cream and let it go for a couple of minutes then remove and place in containers and freeze until firm enough to scoop or overnight.
