How to make it

  • Put rice, water and chicken into a baking dish.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix soup, tomatoes taco seasoning. Add to the baking dish and stir.
  • Bake, covered, at 350 for 45 minutes (until chicken and rice is cooked). After cooking for about 25 minutes, stir to keep rice from sticking to the bottom, add a little water if necessary (1/4 cup). Add cheese (optional) 5 minutes before end of cooking time.
