How to make it

  • Take a large bowl or square container, and put to the side. Gather ingr. Garlic, salt, pepper,Terriaki soy sauce,ginger ale..Fajitas meat. A cutting board. Take the fajitas meat & slice against the grain into long strips.Wash meat & put aside. Salt & pepper & sprinkle garlic on meat.Then place into container. Pour ginger ale over the fajitas meat enough to cover. Add six splashes of Terriaki soy sauce ,to the ginger ale. Stir gently..Cover with wrap or tin foil & put into frig for 6-8 hours or overnight. I usually do overnight.When marinating is done. Then gather the ingredients mushroom,onion,bell pepper, & or Jalapeños.Dice into small piece chunks. Put into separate bowls .(Each member as their own choice of veggies) Take bacon & toothpicks & put them to the side. Take Fajitas strip meat & drain off excess juice..Take bacon & lay on a clean flat surface & add a strip of fajitas meat, add which veggies that were dice prior that each family member likes or all of them. Salt,pepper,garlic slightly,gently roll into a pinwheel.Insert toothpick..Place on a flat pan or casserole dish pan.. You can cover with tin foil or leave uncovered. Preheat oven to 375○ and put pan into oven for 45 minutes. When done remove from oven and put on a plate & garnish with a few buttered sautéed mushrooms..And serve... I suggest if you cook on the grill wrap in heavy duty tin foil for grilling..
