How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2. in a bowl combine the honey and the mustard and mix well then take the pork chops and place in plastic wrap and pound into an 1/8 inch thick chops and then the the chops with the honey and mustard mix and then place in the breadcrumbs coating alll over and then place in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes checking to make sure meat is done. If you wish you can also do the chops in a skillet just add a little butter.
