  • Grate cheese in flakes
  • add salt, caraways, spices, mixed eggs
  • mix all together
  • than add milk and plain flour
  • mix again
  • (the pastry will be "heavy" and it is supposed to be as this, dont try to add more milk to make it to be more liquided..
