Gluten Free Chocolate Macaroons

Since my daughters diagnosis with Celiac Disease, the holidays have been a challenge. We are bakers, we love being in cookie exchanges, we have so many passed down recipes in our family we love. Ingredients
- In a LARGE dutch oven place; shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups granulated white sugar shopping list
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat. QUICKLY add: shopping list
- 6-7 tbsp gluten Free cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp gluten Free vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup coconut ( I like the sweetened shredded) shopping list
- 3 cups certified gluten Free fine oatmeal shopping list
- Mixing well. shopping list
- Drop by spoon on wax paper line pans. shopping list
- Let cool until they appear glazed or when hard. shopping list
How to make it
- These keep very well in air tight containers in the freezer.
