Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. In saucepan combine the sugar, cornstarch and stir in the milk. Cook and stir over moderate heat until thickened and bubbly.
  • 2. Remove from heat, and let the mixture cool in the fridge and when cool then add the vanilla and yoghurt. Then melt the chocolate and pour into the the yoghurt mixture and stir gently.
  • 3. And then place into your ice cream machine

    Oh my...Goodness!
    Like Chocolate...and shedding a couple of pounds for Summer.
    Even thou there is refined sugar involved.
    This will do quite nicely as a meal in itself
