Mocha Sorbet

- 1. 1 1/2cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup of cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup brewed coffee shopping list
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In saucepan combine the sugar, cocoa powder and salt, whisk to blend. Graduallly mix in the water and coffee and then whisk in the corn syrup until well blended.
- 2. Cook over the medium heat whisking frequently for 3-5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves and the liquid smoooth. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Then stir in the vanilla, cover and place in fridge for 2 hours or until cold.
- 3. Whisk again to blend then pour into your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufactuers instructions.
- 4. Thenpour into a container and freeze until it is firm enough to scoop.
