Natina's Greek Salad

This is my families favourite salad! We have manipulated the dressing enough times to have come up with what we feel is as close to perfect as you can get! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Salad shopping list
- 2-3 cucumbers (I cut off the green if field variety) shopping list
- 1 -LRG red onion shopping list
- 1.5 − 2 Cups cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup feta cheese Chunk or crumbled shopping list
- 3/4 cup of kalamata olives shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1-2 crushed cloves of garlic shopping list
- 4 TBSP lemon juice shopping list
- 3 TBSP oregano(dried crush with palms together to extract flavour) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dressing together and let sit.
- Chop all veggies into bit size pieces mix together add cheese and olives
