How to make it

  • 1. Whisk together soy milk and arrowroot powder in a saucepan
  • 2. Place saucepan over medium heat
  • 3. Add Cocoa powder and sugar and whisk together
  • 4. Keep stirring frequently until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  • Cool and refrigerate (in ramekins, over cupcakes, be creative...)
  • The mixture will be thick and creamy and just slightly sticky.
