How to make it
- 1. Whisk together soy milk and arrowroot powder in a saucepan
- 2. Place saucepan over medium heat
- 3. Add Cocoa powder and sugar and whisk together
- 4. Keep stirring frequently until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
- Cool and refrigerate (in ramekins, over cupcakes, be creative...)
- The mixture will be thick and creamy and just slightly sticky.
