How to make it

  • In a bowl break 4 eggs beat it with tumeric / redchilly powder salt corriander leaves n milk
  • In a non stick pan add oil n saute the onions add a pinch of salt so onions becomes soft quickly.... add tomatoes n green chilliescook for another 5-8 min till the tomatoes are soft n cooked well
  • Add egg mixture to this n low the flame of the stove... cover n let it cook one side this will take 2 mins more or less .... then slowly flip it n let it cook ....
  • Ready to serve... Serve it with bread ...
  • Tip : when added milk to any omelette recipe makes it fluffy ...
  • if corriander leaves are not avialable parsely leaves can be subsitute ,
