  • In a fry pan sautee sliced mushrooms,bell peppers, onions and garlic. remove and put aside in a dish.Then sautee 6- slices of Philly roast beef, For about 5 min. when done put aside with veggies. Then take the loafs ,slice into halfs but not all the way and butter with a little of Garlic butter.Toast on griddle or grill for about 3 min. Take the loafs, and fill them with Philly steak roast beef 2- slices each & fill with your choice of veggies,mine is all of the veggies mentioned.Add 2 slices swiss cheese. toast for about 2 minutes again. serve on plates cut into two halves. with salad or cold pasta..
