How to make it
- Wash chicken, boil in soup pot until chicken is done, let cool & shred, put a side. While chicken is boiling dice up onions, bell peppers,and jalapeños if you want. Put aside. In a fry pan fry chirzo until done you will have a lot of grease , drain real good. Remove as much oil from it as you can. In a larger fry pan add two tablespoons of oil.Sautee onion,bell pepper, jalapeño if you want, with garlic.Then add chicken & stir let the flavors blend the add cooked chirzo & stir for about 3 -5 min. Then add a cup of water & tomato sauce & let simmer until the water dissipate. While this is cooking, Make some Taco's soft or crunchy in oil with corn tortillas or use store bought already made. Dice up some lettuce,tomato, shredded cheese...Mix together or in separate bowls depending on who's eating. In another bowl you are going to make avocado dip. Cut into halves peel,take out seed smash avocado sometimes a teaspoon or 2 of water works wonders add garlic,& diced jalapeño & dice tomato,salt,Then add a dash of lemon juice ( Sometimes I just add my red chili salsa already homemade it taste better. When Water is dissipated from meat & veggies but into a bowl. Make Taco's add lettuce & tomato,cheese & avocado dip. And serve.
