How to make it

  • Wash chicken & put into stock pot with a teaspoon of garlic & salt & pepper.While it's cooking dice up onion,bell pepper, jalapeño. Cool chicken with cool water after it is done, and shred chicken into small pieces.Take a fry pan and add two tablespoons of oil & add vetables for a quick stir fry or sautee, then add chicken .Simmer on low add garlic & a small can of tomato sauce ,and two tablespoons of peanut butter. Add add 2 cup of corn starch water ( 2 tablespoons of corn starch & 2 cup of water. Stir and let simmer for about 15 min. When done put into serving bowl & serve w/refried beans,rice & salad,sand white totillas
