  • Make corn bread withe corn meal,egg, a how much water it calls for on recipe usually 1-2 cups depending how much you make I make 2-loafs.Let cool. Wash duck and put into roasting pan, Take bread & shred into bowl,shred corn bread. Sautee butter with diced onion & celery,with a teaspoon of poultry seasoning. stir and remove add to butter sauce to bread mix, and add 1 to 2 cups of stock of chicken until it is stir in & consists with stuffed dressings sometimes you have to add a little more depending on bread mix. Take oranges & Take the mixture of stuffing & stuff Duck. Then take a orange cut into half & squeeze about two tablespoons of orange juice into bread mix. stir. Stuff Duck .The take a bowl & squeeze remaining oranges into bowl, Add 1 cup of brown sugar & stir.Take and bast duck with glaze all over. save some for later basting/glaze.Bake for 375○ for how long the directions say for that size of duck. Remember duck has less meat as you would think than a turkey. Remember to add stuffing time also. Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and asparagus or broccoli & cheese . And Crescent rolls.
