How to make it

  • 1. Arrange nuts and banana on a plate
  • 2. Take out ice-cream from the freezer
  • 3. Melt butter in a pan on low heat, add salt, mix until dissolved then take off the stove. Mix in caramel sauce.
  • 4. Scoop ice-cream onto the plate. Add shaved dark chocolate and drizzle on the caramel salt butter sauce.
  • 5. Serve immediately
  • Any variation of nuts can be used. You may want to use shaved milk or white chocolate instead of dark chocolate depending on the flavour ice-cream to offset the colour and taste.
