How to make it

  • Remove the skin from the duck breast and cook it in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until rare to medium-rare. When cool enough to handle, cut the cooked duck breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Spread 2 oz marinara sauce on foccacia. Top with sun dried tomatoes, provolone cheese slices, roasted garlic cloves and duck. Sprinkle with rosemary sprigs. Place the assembled pizza on sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
