How to make it

  • Peel the onion thinly slice it and add salt ... in few min onion will start loosing its water now add vinegar n let it rest at least 30 min ... it will change colour n ready to serve :P
  • Enjoy !!!!! :-)
  • Tip :- u can even use fresh shallots for this recipe... this is the quick version for a pickle ...

    Thanks for writing grammasherri i usually use whatever vinegar is available in the kitchen ... right now i can say i have apple vinegar in my kitchen :P its up to you : -)

    I wonder....if you can 'change up' the types of vinegar? example: red wine vinegar...etc? Any way it looks good
