  • Saute the carrots, onion, celery in a skillet, ( i add water if begins to brown or stick, Pam spray as necessary) til soft. Add all but garlic and squash to the large soup pot, adding broth along the way. Bring to a boil, and simmer til green beans are tender. 15 mins, to 30 mins. simmer covered. when seems about ready, add the fresh squash and minced garlic, and when it is ready, serve. Or cool and pour into refrigerator safe container, finetuning the flavors
