- 125g butter shopping list
- 155ml castor sugar shopping list
- 5ml vanilla essence shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 280ml cake flour shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 125ml milk shopping list
- 12 paper cases shopping list
- 4 cups icing shopping list
- quater block butter shopping list
- 100ml coco powder shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter, sugar and vanilla
- add eggs one by one
- sift dry ingredients
- add dry ingredients and milk alternately until properly mixed, texture is light and creamy
- bake at a preheated temperature of 180 degrees celsius for 10 to 12 minutes
- for buttercream cream butter and add as much of the sifted icing sugar and coco powder as desired for icing the cupcakes once they have cooled down.
