Curly Fries Salad

A great salad from food Network magazine.
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen curly fries shopping list
- 4 strips bacon shopping list
- 1 tbsp mustard shopping list
- 3 tbsps chopped dill pickle, plus a splash of pickle juice from the pickle jar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsps ketchup shopping list
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsps malt vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half shopping list
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion shopping list
- 1 large head of romaine or 2 romaine hearts, washed and torn shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Bake french fries according to package. I cook my bacon in the oven but if desired cook in fry pan till crisp.Drain on paper towels. Cool and break into pieces.
- Whisk together mustard. pickle and juice, ketchup, mayo, vinegar, sugar and 2 tbsps water. Add s/p to taste.
- Mix all the salad ingredients together in a big bowl toss to combine add dressing and toss again. Serve

If I wanted a Big Mac without the meat I'd go to Mcdonalds! This was gross and left the taste of mayo in my mouth for hours afterwards.
