How to make it
- Beat butter and sugar until it is creamy . Set aside
- Mix cocoa powder , milo , vanilla essence and hot water together . Set aside
- On stove top , set the fire on low and pour in the creamy batter of sugar and butter . Melt it .
- When it is completely melted add in condensed milk , and give it a quick stir until it is well incorporated.
- Add the cocoa powder mixture . And stir again until it thickens .
- Remember the fire always needs to be on low temp.
- Now , add in the cereal . and stir well .
- Finally , add the crushed biscuits and nuts. Mix it well until the sauce covers the whole biscuit
- Transfer the barter into a buttered baking pan .
- Compress the barter with your hands or spatula , until it is evenly spreaded all over the pan . Wait until it cools before refrigerating it
- Refrigerate over nite . Cut into pieces before serving , and top with hersheys chocolate syrup !
P/S :
- note that if the sauce is not enough , to cover the biscuits and nuts it will be dry and crunch and it is hard to press it. and we dont want that . It's always good to have extra sauce , but not too much , not that we are making a chocolate soup!!!
