How to make it

  • Place the beef, 1 can consomme, onion, mushrooms and the bread crumbs into a buttered casserole.
  • Blend together the remaining ingredients and add to the ingredients in the casserole dish. Mix well. Season to taste.
  • Cover, bake at 300 for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender. Serve with noodles.
